The double layers stretch film machine is 1000mm in size and features two extruders, two motors, two inverters, a simple design for easy operation, low noise, stable running, and a PLC touch screen control for the winding part. It includes an extruder, traction part, leveling part, edge trimming, winding, and automatic changing of finished rolls. This machine, also known as a Cast stretch film machine, utilizes LDPE and LLDPE to manufacture stretch film. The stretch film produced is commonly used for airport luggage, pallets, cartons, building materials, auto parts, and hardware.
